I've sent this video of Gary's to more people than any other link ever, I think. Posted on Facebook, etc. It's that good.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;And I've taken it to heart. It's given me the fire to really make a go of being out on my own and put the pedal to the metal on a couple projects that I'm excited about.
